A hardy, evergreen shrub that performs well when used as a screen or hedge. It is a tall grower that reaches 4m x 3m wide left unpruned but responds well when pruned to shape.

Stunning red flowers with yellow stamens develop into fruit that can be either eaten fresh or used to make jam. The fruit flavour resembles a mixture of pineapple and strawberry.
