Plant Description

Tucker Bush - is an upright clumping plant to 2m with deep red/maroon backed foliage. The leaves are shiny and attractive. It is a hardy, non-invasive plant that prefers moist soils. It has edibel roots that have a ginger taste. Bright blue berries follow the white flowers which are also edible with a ginger taste.
